Deposit and withdraw cash conveniently at any FNB Cash Plus agent instead of queueing at a branch or ATM. All you need is to be registered for Cellphone Banking, or have the FNB App downloaded on to your device.

How to do it

  • Dial *130*392#, enter your PIN & select 'Get Cash'
  • Give the agent your Cellphone number and PIN

Deposit up to P5 000 cash daily into any FNB account

How to do it

If you are an FNB customer & registered for Cellphone Banking, dial *130*321#, enter your Cellphone Banking PIN, select 'Banking', 'Deposit Cash' and follow the steps.

If you are not an FNB customer and/or do not have Cellphone Banking, give the agent your cellphone number, as well as the account or cellphone number for the deposit, and the cash.

Make cardless cash withdrawals

How to do it

Dial *130*321#, enter your Cellphone Banking PIN, select 'Banking', 'Withdraw Cash' and follow the steps. Give the agent the temporary PIN you receive at the end of the process.

OR

Log in to the FNB App, select 'Cardless cash withdrawal' and follow the steps. Give the agent the temporary PIN you receive at the end of the process.

How to do it

Give the agent the cash amount you want to purchase prepaid airtime/electricity for. You do not need to have Cellphone Banking or the FNB App to buy prepaid airtime/electricity at a Cash Plus agent.

Cash Plus is a convenient way for both FNB & non-FNB customers to
deposit and withdraw cash at an FNB Cash Plus agent. All you need
is a cellphone.

To use Cash Plus, you need to be registered for Cellphone Banking
or have the FNB App downloaded on to your device.

With Cash Plus, you can also withdraw money from eWallet
or buy prepaid airtime and electricity.
