The only one of its kind in Botswana, the ATM is placed in a wheel trailer which moves from one location to the next. The Mobile ATM will target areas with high demand for ATM usage.
As the only Bank that offers mobile ATM, our innovative proposition enables us to introduce ATM services to locations
that we have no presence, allowing customers convenient access to their cash. The new Mobile ATM will allow our
customers to perform the following; withdraw cash in all Pula denominations, access to the popular eWallet service,
purchase airtime, view statement, view balance, make payments and transfers.
ATMs offer substantial advantages, such as the reduction of costs for cash banking, and improved customer service
convenience. FNB operates its ATMs with trained and qualifed ATM technicians and this has ensured that the ATMs'
uptime remains above 97%.
